Which Membership category is best for you?
Membership of the FCA is open to individuals and organisations who are involved in franchising, and who are considered by the Board of the FCA in their absolute discretion to be operating in a manner consistent with the aims and objectives of the Council.
FCA stands for ethical franchising. New member applicants must go through a membership approval process to ensure they are operating ethically and are willing to adhere to the Australian Franchising Code of Conduct. This process includes reviewing of your application by the Board of Directors, who may ask to review important franchise documents such as a current franchise disclosure document or franchise agreement.
Please allow approximately three weeks for your application to be processed and reviewed.
