Whistleblower Policy

The Franchise Council of Australia has a whistleblower policy in place, to ensure the organisation has a process to protect anyone who wishes to raise an allegation of wrongdoing. The whisleblower policy is separate from the FCA’s member complaints process.

This is a voluntary measure, designed to provide a mechanism to report illegal or unethical behaviour. As a risk management measure, the FCA’s whistleblower policy is designed to help with the early identification of issues where a person wishes to make an allegation of wrongdoing.
