The FCA delighted to announce that we have a new free advisory service for members, using a team of independent and experienced energy analysts to provide assistance – the FCA Energy Hotline, powered by FCA partner The Energy Alliance
The FCA Energy Hotline will help franchises make simple changes in the workplace which can lower energy usage and achieve savings. Through the hotline, franchisees will be able to review their billing rates and charges each month and call for advice when anything is out of the ordinary.
The Energy Hotline will also be able to review market offers for members and assist in achieving their best renewal option. The hotline is up and running and I encourage all franchisors to refer their franchisees to this new service by calling 1300 005 021
