Fair Work Ombudsman

FCA members can access free online learning courses from the Fair Work Ombudsman Online Learning Centre.

The courses are interactive and engaging and each course only takes 20 to 40 minutes to complete. The courses have been designed for employers who want to broaden their workplace knowledge, update their skills and discover new and more productive ways of working.

CFE candidates who register and complete the Fair Work Ombudsman Online Learning Courses can earn education credits per course. As proof of completion, CFE candidates will be required to submit their completion certificate received upon completing a course.

To complete the courses and receive a completion certificate you need to register online. Registering is quick, easy and free. By registering you’ll be able to record your learning and pause and resume courses.
