These Workshops are the first step in our Franchise Success Path Programs designed to give you an understanding of the big picture before you start which makes the whole process much simpler.
From time to time, we invite guests who are seriously considering building a franchise group and who want to learn more before they make the decision.
Accredited by the Franchise Council of Australia and presented by Brian Keen and his specialist team, this Workshop will give you the answers about exactly what is involved with building a franchise. When you are done, you will know what you must do, the costs involved and whether you want to take this path at all.
The Workshop is presented live over two days on the Gold Coast by six presenters with expertise in different areas of franchising.
It gives you an amazing overview of what’s involved if you do adopt this business model.
Like all our Programs, it is based on the Franchise Simply Franchise Success Path.
By understanding our clear step-by-step process, you will also understand how you will be taken through it and, whether you work with us or another consultant, what we recommend you do to establish a successful franchise group.
The Workshops are held four times a year, usually in February, May, September, and November.
