This program is offered by Blueprint Career Development (RTO # 30978) and here’s an outline of their TAE40116 program that has been custom designed for Franchising industry professionals looking to become accredited vocational Trainer/Assessors.

CFE credits: a total of 750 CFE credits are available for completion of the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

The TAE40116 qualification requires the completion of the 10 topics (units of competency) and involves a combination of:

  • Pre-reading of learning materials and completion of knowledge questions
  • Attendance of 3day + 3day + 4day face to face workshops in your classroom (min of 8 participants needed) OR
  • Non-group participants can complete the same content through a self-paced ‘live’ Zoom program of half or full day sessions offered weekly and completed at your pace
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) evidence may be considered for Module 3 if your current role involves planning, developing, organising and delivering 1:1 and group based training
  • Optional homework club, recorded tutorials or 1:1 support sessions to assist with finalising practical assessment projects not completed in live sessions
  • Participants attending our classroom (or online) sessions will require a laptop with internet access & access to Microsoft word/excel (or similar)

The cost of this program is $2895pp (face to face workshop) or $1500 plus $99 textbook (online program). This may be reduced if any current TAE units are already held and credits can be applied.
